Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Genius Fitness & MMA application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Members under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

Membership & Attendance

The App tracks your class attendance and awards progress milestones automatically. Access to advanced classes and sparring sessions is earned through attendance, not through in-app purchases. All membership payments are handled in-person at the gym front desk.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of gym rules.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other members through the App.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or app systems.
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the App are the property of Genius Fitness & MMA. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App. Genius Fitness & MMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or gym policies.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Genius Fitness & MMA is not liable for any injuries sustained during training, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
